The Nickelodeon Manifesto is the spiritual essence of the Nick brand. Nickelodeon had produced The Nickelodeon Style Guide containing the technical specifications of their brand... colors, fonts, etc. However, the people at Nick noticed that their guide was missing a critical component. It didn't define the Nick vibe.

The Nickelodeon Manifesto brings up such concepts as putting kids first, creating for kids and creating the place where kids are winners. Vendors and employees were now able to place themselves in the Nickelodeon mindset. It's the rule book to thinking like a "Nick" kid.

When it came time to officially present the manifesto, the folks at Nickelodeon held a "Manifestiville". Copies of the manifesto were distributed, and all partakers got to experience their inner child.
