An Integrated Learning System
The core of this system follows a six-step cycle designed to move students from initial concept to an awards-focused showcase:
Time Mapping
Incremental scaffolding
Conceptual Development
Creative Synthesis
Assessment and Refinement
Student Showcase
focus on Learning Pathway
I approach my Google Classroom as an integrated user interface. I utilize a "just-in-time" delivery model to transform a standard learning management tool into a scaffolded system. This provides students with daily objectives focused on technical mastery and creative thinking.
TIME MAPPING
The weekly schedule acts as a visual compass, allowing students to see the connection between daily milestones and the final project goal. Rather than overwhelming students with deep objectives, the schedule functions as a high-level dashboard — highlighting current slide presentations, specific daily tasks, and critical deadlines.
This transparency helps students manage their time and understand exactly where the instruction is leading.
