PROJECT OVERVIEW

Belonging is a lifelong psychological and social need that shifts across every stage of life. This scenario-based video explores the internal and external dynamics of isolation and connection, taking viewers from childhood attachment all the way through older adulthood. Designed to help learners identify social isolation triggers and apply low-stakes, real-world communication strategies.

THE SOLUTION

Instead of keeping psychological concepts abstract, this project translates theory into actionable, real-world guidance. By breaking the journey down chronologically—childhood, teen/young adult, adult, and older adulthood—it identifies common social friction points and offers viewers concrete, low-stakes strategies to navigate them and preserve personal agency.
