Commissioned by World Market, this project involved creating a series of playful sushi illustrations for a bespoke stationery line. Tasked with blending the traditional charm of Japanese cuisine with the "Kawaii" (cute) aesthetic, I developed a suite of characters that feel both appetizing and adorable. Through an iterative design process, we landed on a balance of clean linework and expressive personalities that resonated with World Market’s global, trend-conscious audience.
